1.Overview
This PDK requires the follwing environmental variables:
“CDS_Netlisting_Mode” to be set to “Analog”
“CDSHOME” to be set to the Cadence DFII installation path.
This PDK has been tested to work with the following software versions:
Cadence IC5.0.33.500.3
Cadence IC5.1.41(Support bsource model)
Assura 3.1.4
Calibre v2005. 4_8.13
