Abstract

In this review of the psychology of entrepreneurship, we first present meta-analytic findings showing that personality dimensions, such as (general) self-efficacy and need for achievement, and entrepreneurial orientation are highly associated with entrepreneurship (business creation and business success). We then discuss constructs that were developed within entrepreneurship research, such as entrepreneurial alertness, business planning, financial capital as resources, and entrepreneurial orientation, and how they can be better understood by taking a psychological perspective. Next, we elaborate how traditional psychological constructs have been utilized in entrepreneurship and how this may enhance our knowledge in industrial and organizational psychology (with respect to, for example, knowledge, practical intelligence, cognitive biases, goals and visions, personal initiative, passion, and positive and negative affect). Finally, we provide an overall framework useful for the psychology of entrepreneurship, and implications for future research.

چکیده

در اینجا مروری بر روان‌شناسی کارآفرینی می‌کنیم که در ابتدا ما یافته‌های فرا تحلیلی که ابعاد شخصیتی از قبیل خود توانی (کلی) و نیاز به پیشرفت ، و جهت یابی رویکرد به میزان زیادی به کارآفرینی مربوط است (ایجاد شغل و موفقیت در ان) را  ارائه‌ می‌دهیم. در ادامه ما در مورد ساختارهایی که در زمان بازاریابی کارآفرینی پیشرفت کرده‌اند مانند هوشیاری کارآفرینی، برنامه تجارت، سرمایه مالی به عنوان منابع، جهت یابی کارآفرینی و چگونه‌ می‌توانند بهتر درک شوند با به‌کارگیری دیدگاه روانشناسی را مطرح‌ می‌کنیم. سپس، ما با دقت شرح‌ می‌دهیم چطور مفاهیم روانشناسی سنتی در کارآفرینی به کار گرفته شده‌اند و چطور این ممکن است دانش ما را در روان‌شناسی صنعتی و سازمانی افزایش دهد( نسبت به برای مثال دانش ، هوش عملی، تمایل شناختی، اهداف و دید، ابتکار عمل شخصی، اشتیاق و تأثیرات مثبت و منفی ان). سرانجام، ما یک چارچوب جمع بندی مفید برای روانشناسی کارآفرینی و کاربردی برای مطالعات آتی مطرح می‌کنیم.

ABSTRACT

Decades of research have provided robust evidence of cognitive impairments in psychotic disorders. Individuals with schizophrenia appear to be impaired on the majority of neuropsychological tasks, leading some researchers to argue for a “generalized deficit”, in which the multitude of cognitive impairments are the result of a common neurobiological source. One such common mechanism may be an inability to actively represent goal information in working memory as a means to guide behavior, with the associated neurobiological impairment being a disturbance in the function of the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. Here, we provide a discussion of the evidence for such impairment in schizophrenia, and how it manifests in domains typically referred to as cognitive control, working memory and episodic memory. We also briefly discuss cognitive impairment in affective psychoses, reporting that the degree of impairment is worse in schizophrenia than in bipolar disorder and psychotic major depression, but the profile of impairment is similar, possibly reflecting common mechanisms at the neural level. Given the recent release of the DSM-5, we end with a brief discussion on assessing cognition in the context of diagnosis and treatment planning in psychotic disorders.

دهه ها پژوهش شواهد محکمی را درباب اختلالات شناختی در اختلالات روانی فراهم آورده است. به نظر می رسد افراد مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی در اکثر وظایف عصبی-روانی خود دچار اختلال می گردند، که این امر برخی از محققان را وادار میکند تا یک "نقص کلی" را استدلال کنند که در آن بسیاری از اختلالات شناختی نتیجه یک منشاء عصبی-زیستی مشترک می باشند. یکی از این مکانیسم های مشترک ممکن است ناتوانی در ارائه فعال اطلاعات هدف در حافظه فعال به عنوان وسیله ای برای هدایت رفتار، با اختلالات عصبی-زیستی مرتبط به عنوان اختلالی در عملکرد قشر جلو مغزی پشتی و جانبی باشد. این مقاله ارائه دهنده تشریحی از مطالب درباره شواهدی برای چنین اختلالاتی در اسکیزوفرنی و چگونگی آشکار شدن آن در قسمت هایی می باشد که بطور معمول به عنوان کنترل شناختی، حافظه فعال و حافظه ضمنی به آنان اشاره می شود. ما همچنین بطور خلاصه به بحث درباره اختلال شناختی در جنون عاطفی پرداختیم و گزارش کردیم که درجه اختلال در اسکیزوفرنی بدتر از اختلال دو قطبی و اختلال افسردگی عمده روانی است، اما مشخصات اختلالات مشابه بوده و احتمالا مکانیزم های مشترکی را در سطوح عصبی منعکس می کند.  با توجه به نسخه های اخیر DSM-5، ما با بحث کوتاهی درباره ارزیابی شناخت در زمینه برنامه ریزی تشخیص و درمان اختلالات روانی این مقاله را به پایان می رسانیم.
